Slopes
This mixed media piece explores the feeling of living vicariously through others. Using the ski slope as a metaphor, I depict myself as the mountain, still and grounded, while ski lifts float above, symbolizing the lives I admire from a distance. Skiing, often associated with wealth and exclusivity, reflects my sense of longing and comparison.
