Hardwired
This piece attempts to show how deeply rooted social media platforms are ingrained in our young minds. Multiple apps are wired (using actual wires) directly to the girl's brain, showcasing just how much screen time can affect the adolescent mind. Real LED lights were also used in this piece to further show the immense amounts of stimulation one gets from a single app. No matter how much we try to break free, the addictive nature of these apps is hardwired straight into our brains.
