Inherited Ignorance
This piece portrays humanity’s destruction of nature while society turns a blind eye to it. The hands of an elderly person cover a child’s eye. With this depiction, I tried to symbolize how the older generation and society shield the young from the painful truth, forcing ignorance of the world’s environmental collapse.
