Halabeoji
After my halabeoji became terribly ill, my parents kindly requested that I draw him. My halabeoji is a kind and strong man, something that I wanted to capture through this portrait. In particular, I chose a happy moment, particularly the fondness between him and our dog Coco. Whenever we came to visit, Coco would excitedly jump on his lap, and he would gently pet her as he watched TV. Those small moments always brought me great joy, and hopefully the portrait was able to emulate that warmth. Material : Pencil Size : 24 x 19 inJamila Shin
