Opposing Currents
Rather than illustrating a source of fear, this artwork explores what fear feels like from within. Through fingerprints, veins, and contrasting red and blue tones, I represent the body’s conflicting responses to fear. Red symbolizes heat, pulse, and tension, while blue represents coldness, numbness, and emotional distance. Instead of asking what we fear, this piece explores how fear transforms both the body and mind. Material : Acrylic paint, gems, cut crayons on canvas Size : 16 x 20 inLina kwon
