The Girl Who Lives in Color
This is a self-portrait where I used color and layering instead of realistic detail to show how I see myself in a moment. I started with my face as the focus, but I didn’t want it to feel clean or perfect, so I built up uneven strokes and different tones of yellow, orange, and pink. The background is just as important as the face. I filled it with messy greens, reds, shapes, and objects because it reflects how my thoughts don’t feel organized.
